Total immersion in the wilderness thanks to a completely free tour alternating between overnight stays in bivouacs (sleeping under the stars, hearing the fire crackle in the heart of the African night, waking up alone in the world faced with breathtaking nature...) and bungalows to rediscover the pleasure of a cozy bed.

There's nothing like the autonomy of a fully-equipped 4x4 when you want to explore Botswana's wilderness. What a feeling of freedom!
A tent on the roof of the 4x4 unfolds in a matter of seconds, providing a welcome sense of security (insects, reptiles and any large animals are kept at bay) and greater comfort, being further off the ground.
For those afraid of sleeping in a tent, here's a short video showing how it's put together.
These are two-person tents (140 x 210 mattresses), so there's no need to tidy up every morning, just leave sheets, pillows and sleeping bags in place.
An extraordinary program
Day 1 and 2 Maun
Botswana's tourist capital.
Situated some 100 km south of the country's main parks, Maun is a prime location for a safari.
We stay an extra day to refuel and stock up on water, food and fuel. Overnight at your lodge, ideally situated on the banks of the Thamalakane River
Days 3 and 4 Camping on the banks of the Boteti River
After years of extreme drought, the river is finally back in all its glory, transforming the landscape into a veritable paradise
Day 5 Nata
Head for Nata, and discover the Bird Sanctuary, where you can see a multitude of birds - 165 species have been recorded. This immense lake, dry for part of the year, is home to a colony of pink flamingos.
Days 6 and 7 Kasane
Lodge accommodation, then transfer to Zimbabwe for a day dedicated to the majestic Victoria Falls. The place where the Zambezi flows into the void. Almost 100 m of waterfall over a kilometer and a half wide!
Days 8 and 9 Chobe River
Chobe National Park. Its 11,700 km² of shrub savannah, riverside forests and reedy swamps are home to hippos, buffalo, crocodiles, giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards and the large concentration of elephants for which the park is famous!
Considered the most densely populated elephant area on the planet, it's not uncommon to observe herds of 300 to 400 pachyderms!
Days 10 and 11 Savuti - Chobe National Park
An emblematic Botswana destination, as much for its scenic beauty as for the wildlife it shelters. Absent for many years, water has returned to feed the canal through the Linyanti River, allowing Savuti to regain its marshland and attract a rich and varied wildlife. Between grassy plains, sandy desert, swamps, a semi-permanent river and standing dead trees, Savuti is one of the must-sees on a Botswana safari.
Days 12 and 13 Khway - Okavango Delta
This reserve is managed by the inhabitants of the eponymous village, who share their territory with a wealth of wildlife. On this territory of flood plains, the dense forests are populated by immense acacias and large leadwood trees. This unique experience allows you to both observe the animals and discover the local life of a bush village.
Day 14 Maun
Possibility of flying over the Delta in a small plane or helicopter (not included in the package)
